Overview

Digital Analyst London £40,000 - £55,000 High end brand in health & fitness seeks strong analyst to slot into their ecommerce team. WHAT THEY DO They provide a number of products to famous athletes and sports enthusiasts. WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING The role of Digital Analyst within this ecommerce is to provide key insights to stakeholders across the business & help them to better understand their performance across acquisition, retention, channel performance, customer journey, ROI & sales. You will be using Google Analytics, BigQuery, SQL, PowerBI & Excel & ideally some GTM to have a full view of the customer. You will track against KPI's, advise on what is working, what is not and any suggestions you have. You will be balanced between technical & strategic, conducting analysis, putting together reports & dashboards to feedback results. You will feed into the bigger picture, acting as the voice of customer and really telling a story with data. YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCE Experience in web analytics using Google Analytics & SQL, ideally GTM too Experience with reporting & dashboarding, Power BI & Excel Ability to data story tell, commercially savvy & solutions focused THE BENEFITS Up to £55,000 basic salary Various other benefits to be confirmed at interview HOW TO APPLY Please register your interest by sending your CV via the Apply link on this page.
