Overview
Head Receptionist required for this brand new wellness space in the Notting Hill area. Our client have launched a unique and highly exclusive members club in the heart or Notting Hill. Featuring a spa, brasserie, salon, complimentary health clinic and family club, this truly exceptional concept is geared towards affluent families who value total wellness of body and mind in an escape from busy day to day life. They are currently recruiting for a Head Receptionist to lead the team in delivering a world class member and guest experience. Responsibilities will incude: Management of a small teamDelivery of world class concierge style serviceManaging and converting membership enquiriesCo-ordinating bookings and upselling coursesDaily reporting and reconciliationComplaint handling The business will need people who have a passion for and can really buy into their holistic, organic and mindfulness concepts. Candidates must have experience in a premium health club, spa or hotel supervisory front of house role and be confident with booking systems and working to targets. The ability to manage complaints, exceed customer feedback targets and effectively engage a team will be key to your success. The business will provide a fantastic working environment with opportunities to learn, develop and progress. Package: £25-30k bonus This role is based on 40 hours, 5 out of 7 days and will include evenings and weekends.
