Claims Bordereaux Processor London £30,000 to £35,000 excellent benefits package We are currently recruiting for a Claims Bordereaux Processor on behalf of our client, a highly regarded insurance organisation based in the City, with an excellent reputation in the market. The opportunity has arisen during an exciting period of growth for our client, who have recently established a number of new relationships within the Lloyd's Market, and the successful candidate will form an integral part of the Claims team. Responsibilities Managing the processing of claims bordereaux onto internal and client systems. Processing tasks accurately, in an efficient manner, in line with internal and client SLAs. Identifying anomalies within the bordereaux and amending where necessary. Training new members of the team and providing ongoing assistance for the resolution of queries raised by the client or members of the team. Dealing with clients in a professional manner over the phone or via email, resolving any issues that may prevent the processing of bordereaux to agreed SLAs. Monitoring KPIs and SLAs. Producing daily and weekly client reports. Attending weekly client calls. Requirements Experience of processing Claims Bordereaux. Experience of using ECF. Strong technical skills and ability to prioritise workload to meet deadlines. An understanding of principles of Insurance and Reinsurance. Good understanding of London market systems and procedures is preferred. Excellent communication skills. Experienced in working with Microsoft Excel.
