Overview
Exclusively partnered with an expanding (both organic and through acquisition) EBC in central Birmingham who are looking to recruit an Account Manager on a permanent basis. The main objective of the role is to look after a portfolio of clients, provide admin support and take ownership of all areas of client service delivery, working in partnership with the relevant consultant. This is an excellent opportunity for anyone looking to make either a step up from Administration or a sideways move to a firm that genuinely recognises success and sets out a clear path for progression. Further responsibilities will include; Liaising with product providers, HR and other third parties as well as internet based tools to conduct research on behalf of the client Understand the client aims and objectives Respond promptly to client queries (24Hrs is the SLA) Attending client meetings and conference calls as and when required Produce detailed reports and summaries for client reviews as required In return for your dedication to the role, you will be rewarded with the following: (please note this is not the full benefits offering, happy to share further info upon application).
