We are looking for someone with the ability to listen, investigate and make intelligent decisions with a track record of delivering a first class customer service experience. As a Claims Advisor, you will work alongside our Field Loss Adjusters to progress claims from start to finish and work closely with insurance companies, policy holders, surveying specialists and contractors. The right candidate will ideally have experience within insurance or property claims. Claims Advisor duties: Deliver a first class claims handling service Take responsibility for every claim you handle and ensure all parties are kept informed Build strong relationships with colleagues, brokers and suppliers to ensure a seamless claims handling service You will possess: Good problem solving skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Good organisational and time management skills Strong computer literacy skills A 'can do' attitude and is solution orientated to focus on systems improvement.
