For further information, visit www.asahibeer.co.uk Outputs and Accountabilities Responsibilities, outputs and accountabilities include: Creation and implementation of business unit strategy as part of the core 3 year business plan. Commercial ownership of the 3 year growth plan volume, NPR and GM delivery and full P&L. Management and maintenance of trade investment budget. Management of both key external and internal customer stakeholder relationships Strong leadership, development and coaching of line reports and embed a high-performance, high engagement culture. Lead and project manage strategic initiatives on an ad hoc basis as required. Cross channel collaboration and aligned customer approach. Cross functional collaboration with brands marketing and customer marketing. Development and Implementation of Integrated Brand Plans (ATL and BTL) with planning teams. Manage complexity through efficient planning, resource allocation, project management. Seek and identify new opportunities for growth & brand building and opportunities across all categories with the specific purpose of presenting proposals on how and where AUK can continue to break category codes and grow within the Super Premium space. Understanding of, and Activation of, AUK operating models and ways of working CLOC, Winning at POP, Performance Management Way, Talent Management Way etc. Knowledge and Experience Required Considerable knowledge of the UK beer market Significant work experience in FMCG company in commercial sales roles. Experience in FMCG negotiations, high standard of selling skill demonstrated and experience in dealing with buyers and other key customer contacts. A track record of superior customer relationships and building cross functional internal relationships/networks to achieve results. Budget management and control Experience in presenting, persuading, negotiating with a broad range of audiences Ability to communicate positively and effectively to a diverse range of audiences Solution based thinker with strong commercial acumen.
