You'll work with Scrum development teams, holding ceremonies including Sprint planning, daily Stand-ups, Sprint retrospectives, product demos and reviews. The ideal candidate will be self-aware, able to simultaneously vision a high-level overview of company strategy and understand and evaluate the nuances of individuals, their emotions and motivations. This Scrum Master role would suit someone who is emotionally intelligent, keen to work collaboratively with others and develop others. Requirements: You have experience in a Scrum Master / Agile Project Manager role, working with software development teams through an Agile framework You have good knowledge of the software development life cycle You have experience working within a Scrum team and guiding them through Agile transformations You're a dynamic leader, committed to promoting organisational agility and continuous improvement You place high value on creating an inspiring delivery culture, facilitating collaboration and robust working relationships As a Scrum Master, you'll earn a highly competitive salary (to £55k) plus a comprehensive benefits package.
