Overview
Your new company This company is a growing insurance services firm, who own a number of small insurers, provide consultancy to the insurance industry and manage run off business. They are based in the City of London near Monument. Your new role This is a stand-alone compliance role, where you will be responsible for developing their regulatory compliance frameworks. This will include the development of a compliance monitoring framework, developing financial crime frameworks as well as creating a conduct risk framework. You'll also enhance their regulatory reporting methods. This role can either be on a contract or a permanent basis, depending on your experience as well as your availability. What you'll need to succeed In order to succeed in this role, you will need a strong as well as up to date knowledge of the UK and ideally International (EU) regulatory landscape, specifically the regulations that focus on Insurance companies, including both FCA and PRA regulations. Ideally, you will have developed a regulatory framework or compliance monitoring framework previously and be able to work in a a stand-alone role.
