Overview

Morgan Hunt are currently representing a great college based in the West Bromwich area. They are currently recruiting for a Communication Support Worker to support in the Learning Support Department. You will be required to support deaf students and help them with work. The Learning Support Department is a very supportive environment who care for their students and staff. They will need an individual who is passionate about supporting students. You will be working with vulnerable students / adults so will need to be aware of safeguarding rules. This will be for 20.30 hours per week. The hourly rate for this role is negotiable. This will run until the end of the academic year 2020. Requirements: You will need to be qualified with a BSL qualification. This will need to be up to level 2 however level 3 will be great. Experience in working with Deaf students in a college environment Safeguarding training - desirable DBS within a year or on the update service Details of employment for the last 2 years Available ASAP If you are interested please apply for this role and I will be in touch.
