IT Support Analyst Your new company Our client is a managed service provider that specialises in providing IT support services for companies based in Bristol and the South West. They deliver outstanding support and services every day to a growing client base of small to medium business across the South West. Your new role This company, due to continued growth, have an exciting opportunity for a 2nd Line support analyst to join the team and provide outstanding support to their clients. You will be working closely with the Service Desk Manager in a highly dynamic role which will give you the opportunity to get involved with a range of tasks and projects, meaning every day is different. Key Responsibilities for the role include: Providing support to clients via the support system and ensuring excellent customer service is provided. Diagnostics of support cases with the help and support of the rest of the team. Taking a proactive approach to the maintenance of client networks using support tools. Working with the team to implement policy and procedure. Engage in technical projects which includes meeting clients onsite. Helping train and develop junior team members. What you will need to succeed Experience of working in a 2nd line support role. Good troubleshooting/problem solving skills. Office 365 and Azure administration and troubleshooting skills. Windows Server. Microsoft Exchange. Knowledge of virtualisation software. Exposure to cloud services.
