Overview
Working closely with the Product Innovation Manager, this exciting opportunity supports the continual improvement, development and advancement of the product and services offered to clients. Based in Milton Keynes, the role will oversee the online reporting platform development of projects through part or all of the development lifecycle, work closely with internal and external suppliers. Ideally you will deliver and develop solutions for clients with the aim of increasing capacity, growing functionality and continuous improvement. Highly analytical, comfortable working with data and able to work with remote teams/colleagues on a daily basis. Technically minded, with the ability to create product specifications/documentation and define processes that support development activities. Maintain the NPD ticket and project system, complete system testing of new reporting system development and enhancements, ensuring systems are fit for purpose and aligned to project requirements. Analytical by nature, knowledge of online software platforms, familiar with agile development methodologies and have the ability to coordinate projects within specific timescales.
