As Finance & Admin Manager, you will report to both the Global CFO and Leeds based General Manager, carrying out a varied hand-on role taking responsibility for all finance and office/admin related tasks. Requirement: To be the first point of contact for the business, ensuring that all customers and suppliers are dealt with in a professional, positive and friendly manner. Control all of the Accounts Payable and Receivable functions. Oversee Month-end sales reporting to enable budgets to be maximised. Control all processing of Xero data including Debtors, Creditors, Payroll & Banking. Complete monthly payroll including all HMRC functions and Pension requirements. Invoice and finalise finished projects on a daily basis. Complete month end Xero reconciliation and reports to budgets. Oversee all banking needs including deposits and petty cash. Keep accurate records of all bank transactions. Responsible for all HR related tasks. Office management duties such as stationary orders, managing travel arrangements etc. Assist the Global CFO with other adhoc projects. Ideal Skills & Experience: This will best suit someone who will thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing dynamic and creative environment, together with possessing a natural pro-active and positive attitude. Experience in a hands-on, varied role within an SME. Comfortable with taking full responsibility for all ledger related work. Competent and willing to take on non-finance related tasks such as admin and office management. A working knowledge of Xero would be useful, but by no means a pre-requisite. A high level of attention to detail, along with excellent customer service skills. Accounting qualifications are not required, what’s more important are your skills and work experience.
