Overview
This is a temporary to permanent role - to start ASAP. Administrator - Customer Services Working for our client, this is a busy role based in a small, successful office. It is important you are happy on the phones and that you are an accurate administrator. A business-to-business role, you will be a key member of the team, paying a critical part in the company’s continued growth. Your responsibilities will include: Dealing directly with clients and suppliers providing support on the phone and in person. General Administration -ensuring emails are always professional and reflect company standards Updating the database in an accurate and timely manner - this will include creating new client accounts The successful candidate must be happy working in a busy environment, you will be accurate and fast in your work, have excellent communication skills and be happy to offer excellent customer service on the phones. You will have working experience of Word, Excel and Outlook, these skills will be assessed prior to interview. Please only apply if you match all of the above criteria.
