Job Description

My client are in need of an MS Dynamics CRM Administrator to facilitate continuous development of their D365 CE platform.This organisation's Dynamics CRM system is vital in the operation of maintaining a high and caring relationship with their customer base. The company have recently been commended on employee engagement. The continuous development of people is at the forefront of their strategy and is reflected in a personal training budget inclusive of MCSE Certifications relevant to your skill set. You will be responsible for every aspect of the CRM System including user adoption, troubleshooting, training, upgrades, liaising with Developers, data cleansing, reporting and running queries. You will also be expected to provide customisation and configuration to the internal system, again driving the development of your own skills, but also the development of the D365 Platform. What you can expect: * A 35,000 salary, subject to experience. * Company benefits package. * Opportunity for flexible working plus working from home as and when required. What is expected of you: * Experience working with Dynamics CRM essential (version 2015, 2016 and D365 preferred). * Customisation & Configuration experience. * Experience in a similar role. * Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
