Overview

The client: a large/ expanding fresh food manufacturer. Having recently won a few large contracts, this role is providing is a dual site role based from Alperton/ Wembley with a few days at the new Stevenage site, supporting them through the change and growth The role: To provide HR generalist guidance and support to internal stakeholders with regards HR policy procedure and to ensure effective and consistent employment practices upheld. To provide a shared service HR administration service. Working within this fast paced / blue collar manufacturing environment, your duties would include; Employee Relations; liaise /advise on disciplinaries/ grievances, ensure accuracy of documentation provided HR Admin being responsible for ensuring full accuracy of any HR correspondence 360 recruitment support (On-boarding / HR Inductions) Retention & employee engagement Various HR projects Visiting the other site twice a week to support and guide Support training Requirements / previous experience: HR generalist experience including end to end ER experience HR Admin (have been responsible for accurate HR correspondence) Experience of working in a fast-paced blue-collar environment Strong communication skills with the ability to develop excellent cross functional relationships Proven attention to detail /strong organisational skills Ideally studying towards CIPD Drive and have a car Our client offers a varied / progressive role in an everchanging/ expanding environment.
