Overview
Venture Recruitment Partners are assisting a household name in their recruitment for a Finance Associate on a permanent basis, located at our client’s head office in Basingstoke. Reporting in to the Finance Manager you will be responsible for ensuring the business maintains efficient financial control, continuously develops financial reporting processes and supports the implementation of an ongoing systems implementation. You will be a key liaison with internal and external stakeholders, and you’ll be tasked with preparing monthly journals, completing balance sheet reconciliations, providing daily and weekly financial reports, as well as assisting with audit procedures. The ideal candidate will be a confident communicator with a high attention to detail and willing to challenge processes.
