Overview

Barbican based Project Management Consultancy seeks an experienced Project Manager to Project Manage a number of Social Housing and Mixed Use schemes across London and the South East. Joining an established property and construction team (Residential & housing), the successful candidate will have/be all of the following: Demonstrable experience delivering affordable housing projects, Proven track record leading residential projects to handover, Able to chair and minute complex Site Meetings, Strong track record of assessing and negotiating interim valuations, Proven track record negotiating and preparing Employer’s Requirements and contract documents, Experience managing single stage tendering processes. Detailed knowledge of structure and format of D&B contracts, Detailed knowledge and administration of JCT D&B contract Knowledge of London Housing Supplementary Planning Guidance Good understanding of principles used for assessing contract claims, Good knowledge of residential sector In return, the successful candidate will benefit from the following: £60,000 - £85,000 basic salary ( DOE) Annual Bonus up to 10% of salary Laptop & Phone Pension Medical Life Insurance Dental Cover Opportunity to work on large scale Construction schemes 25 days annual leave Ongoing training Support to achieve chartered status
