Overview
A South Yorkshire based law firm are looking to recruit an experienced residential conveyancer to join their expanding property team. The role will be based in their Rotherham office The role will focus primarily on sale and purchase work, however you may have some exposure to remortages and transfer of equity. You will be responsible to handle your own caseload of residential conveyancing matter and you will be responsible for supervising a small team of legal assistants. To be considered for this position you should have at least 2 years' experience as a residential fee earner handling your own large to moderate caseload sale and purchase files. Having prior experience in working with referrers and panels would be extremely advantageous but is not essential.
