Overview
Our client, a leading Housing Management organisation, are currently looking for a Maintenance Surveyor to join their team on a full time basis. This position will involve travelling to various residential properties managed by the business, carrying out property inspections and reporting back to the business once these inspections have been completed. The position will cover the Sheffield, Barnsley, Doncaster, Rotherham and surrounding areas. The hours of work are Monday - Friday 08:00 - 17:00, and the rate of pay is £18.50 per hour, paid weekly, a week in arrears through PAYE Umbrella. The successful candidate will need a driving licence and access to a vehicle in order to get to the various properties. A mileage allowance will be paid to cover all work related mileage expenses. This is an immediate requirement with the successful candidate to interview and start ASAP.
