OUR CLIENT We have an interesting opportunity for a Commercial Lawyer c 2 - 4 PQE to join a growing in house legal function of an established international business THE ROLE The role is broad ranging, the core work areas will mainly focus on the negotiation and drafting of commercial contracts including;- NDAs, terms of business, technology, data protection and regulatory matters As a team member, the post holder will be expected to additionally assist with training, employment and contentious work THE CANDIDATE To be considered for this diverse business facing role, candidates must be able to demonstrate strong commercial awareness and relevant technical skills and a genuine desire to forge a career within a high profile and successful team.
