Overview
This start up City law firm , a corporate boutique, has made great progress since it began in January 2018 and continues to grow in terms of revenues, partner headcount and profits and the ambition is to continue this success. The main areas of work at the moment are and acquisitions, bond issues (on capital markets both in and outside the United Kingdom), IPOs, Private Equity, ICO's and ITO's, regulatory advice in relation to FSMA and FCA compliance matters, MiFID and MiFID II, and corporate restructuring. They also work on investments through crowd-funding platforms (including equity and crypto-investments). They now seek a Head of Corporate as the founding partners are busy managing the firm given its growth and they may in fact be client work to handover to an incoming partner. You will have an established and portable practice as well as a track record of building a practice and teams and will be excited by the prospect of joining a smaller firm in high growth mode where you can really make your mark. Equity is certainly a possibility for the right candidate.
