Job: Business Development Manager - Conveyancing Location: Manchester Hours: Full Time, Permanent Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 depending on experience Brief: A multi-service law firm in Manchester are looking for a Conveyancing Business Development Manager to build the companies conveyancing brand in the Lancashire region. Duties: Proactive new business pipeline generation in the Conveyancing industry through cold-call prospecting, networking, relationship building and attending industry related events and utilising existing contacts in these sectors where possible Ability to confidently build new and existing relationships with investors, managers and developers to produce new incoming revenue to the business Build a balanced pipeline for future revenues by engaging with senior level decision makers Developing a high level of product knowledge within the Conveyancing sector Collaborating with other internal teams to maximise revenue opportunities from prospects and existing clients Person Specifics: Be able to manager the full BD function 3-5 years' experience in the industry Position to either bring business with them or be experienced in networking If you're interested in this role, please click 'apply now' to forward an up-to-date copy of your CV.
