Overview
We are looking for an Internal Recruitmer to join our fabulous Dual Management team here at Abbatt. We manage onsite staff in residential buildings across London, and are looking for someone who can help bring more staff into the company, and allocate current staff to jobs as needed. Typical roles we recruit for incluse front of house (reception, concierge), cleaners, caretakers, porters, security guards and fire marshalls. This is a busy role which would suit someone from a recruitment consultancy background who wants to move into internal recruitment, or someone who has experience managing high volume of workers on different shift patterns. Key Responsibilities Responsible for the full cycle of recruiting internal staff; posting jobs adverts, shortlisting, interviewing, selecting and on-boarding new staff Allocating bank staff to jobs as needed Building and maintaining client relationships Some HR duties ie managing staff holiday and sickness to ensure adequate cover Ensuring Payroll issues are dealt with promptly and efficiently Ad hoc tasks as required, or as your role expands Requirements Previous experience in a recruitment role (highly desirable) Good organisational skills paired with the ability to time manage your day Immaculately presented and with excellent communication skills, both written and spoken Attention to detail/high levels of accuracy MS office proficient About Abbatt We are an award-winning Property Recruitment Company and pride ourselves on our fantastic client relationships and lovely team.
