Application Support Analyst x 3 - NEW - Excellent Career Progression Salary: £24K - £30K Benefits Location: Bristol Key Skills: HTML, XML, CSS, JavaScript, AJAX, SQL Server and T-SQL, ITIL, SDLC, DevOps We are working with a global financial services provider who are looking for Application Support Analyst to join their ever growing organisation. About you - Experience working with web technologies or similar (HTML, XML, CSS, JavaScript, AJAX) - Working knowledge of SQL Server and T-SQL - Ability to liaise with stakeholders to understand problems and working through proposed solutions - Great communication skills with ability to build and maintain collaborative working relationships - Understanding of ITIL framework, SDLC and DevOps concepts and methodologies is highly desirable What you will be doing - You will work closely with the Service Management and Development teams, utilising the core ITIL principles in Change, Release, Incident and Problem management - You will support the successful delivery of new services/applications into the production environment - You will work collaboratively with a range of technical teams to help deliver continued service improvements, automate processes and reduce associated risks Some of the benefits - 25 days' holiday (plus option to buy 5 more) - Company pension - Company bonus - Life Insurance (Four times annual salary) - Permanent Health Insurance Scheme - On-going, structured training programme.
