Overview

We are currently recruiting for a powerful broking group that has a deserved reputation for offering a first-class service and provides a great place to work for those who wish to progress their career. It’s an exciting time to be joining them, as they have lots going on, and big plans for the future They are now looking for someone to join them as a Team Manager to manage a team of Commercial Account Handlers in their Chelmsford office. They are a major player across a number of commercial insurance markets and have big plans to continue their impressive growth, under the leadership of a very passionate and knowledgeable Head of Division, so this is an excellent time to be joining this part of the business. In this role you be responsible for supervising a team of Commercial Account Handlers, in addition to looking after your own portfolio of commercial and corporate clients. You will need to have at least 2 years experience in commercial insurance sector with it also being important that you can bring some Supervisory or Team Leader experience too and have the Cert CII qualification or be keen to study towards this. It is essential that you are able to lead by example and have the ability to easily engage with people at all levels. You will be highly professional with a confident demeanour, as well as being extremely driven and highly ambitious. You will be rewarded with a starting basic salary of £34-36,000 basic, with a competitive bonus scheme and an extensive range of company benefits which includes 26 days holiday plus bank holidays, Pension, Income Protection Insurance, Life Assurance and an impressive list of employee flexible benefits.
