IT Business Analyst - Scunthorpe - £35,000-£38,000 INTERVIEWING NOW / REMOTE WORKING & FLEXIBLE HOURS AVAILABLE \ A superb opportunity has arisen with a market leading company for an IT Business Analyst who will be the conduit between business stakeholders and the technical teams providing documentation and process that positively impacts operational effectiveness. The right candidate will track and analyse business trends and make appropriate recommendations that will positively impact project needs. The BA's role will be to elicit business requirements using appropriate techniques with project stakeholders, in order to establish prioritised requirements. As a business analyst you will evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, deconstruct high-level information into low-level detail and distinguish user requests from the underlying needs and drive and challenge business areas on their assumptions of how they will successfully execute their plans. My client is looking for someone who can collaborate with developers and subject matter experts to establish the technical vision and analyse tradeoffs between usability and performance needs. Develop requirements specifications according to standard templates, using natural language and ensure project change is documented, evaluated & implemented in the correct manner within a project. Requisite Skills and Experience: Considerable experience in Business Analysis using both Waterfall & Agile methodologies. Experience of working in a Project Management Office. Support to multiple successful project deliveries. Understanding of technical and business requirements, tools, people and processes necessary to create successful business cases. Experience working in a partner driven organisation with a strong ability to advocate for partners / end user needs. Knowledge and experience of successful change management.
