Overview
Are you passionate about providing excellent customer service? Can you think outside of the box when solving complex customer queries? We are looking for a Client Service Executive to join our team The Role: The Client Services Executive is responsible for building and maintaining existing and prospective customer relationships. Acting as the first point of contact for our clients within your portfolio, you will be required to be knowledgeable about our products and teams therefore enabling you to advise clients accordingly and resolve any issues which may arise. To achieve the highest level of service, this position will also include other administration duties. Your primary focus will be helping our existing customers (PR Agencies or Corporate clients). What are we looking for? The successful candidate will have previous experience of supporting customer requirements in a fast-paced business to business environment. You possess excellent telephone skills and build rapport with customers quickly and effectively. You will also have a keen eye for detail coupled with excellent problem analysis and problem-solving skills. Essential Skills and Experience: Able to use excellent communication and interpersonal skills to resolve issues effectively Confident telephone skills including call control to effectively maintain relationships with customers. A self-starter who is able to develop a thorough understanding of the sector and our product. Strong negotiation and resolution skills to achieve solutions that provide the best service to our clients.
