Overview
Senior Embedded C Software Engineer - Motor Control Based in Cambridgeshire, the Senior Embedded C Software Engineer will have a background in motor control, ideally suited to working on autonomous steering systems for the automotive industry. As well as strong embedded C development experience, you will have a keen interest in microcontrollers, and that experience will be vital if you want to join this exciting precision engineering motor organisation. You will have: Strong embedded C programming skills related to motor control Experience and a keen interest in microcontrollers, peripherals and accessories Strong knowledge of Brushless DC (BLDC) Motors and/or Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motors (PMSM) Background in Robotics, AI, Motor Control or ideally automotive communications using CAN/FlexRay and programming with Arduino or Raspberry Pi boards Other areas of interest include: Personal projects or industry experience programming in embedded C and using microcontrollers. C++ Coding experience. The Embedded C Software Engineer will be responsible for assisting with the design, development, test and subsequent debug of embedded software. This is an exciting opportunity for a Senior Embedded Engineer to be working at the forefront of the motor sport industry.
