Overview
Are you a positive and organised person? A construction company working on a project near to Heathrow Airport are looking for an administrator to assist the project team. You will be assisting the project team with all administration support. You must be positive and happy to help the team. This role is paying £9-12ph PAYE / £13-15 Umbrella Working hours are 8am - 5pm Site Administrator Role and Responsibilities: Clock Registration Report Register New starter Organise Stationary Order Register new staff on the clock registration Replace paper for the printer (keep it working)/ and order it Laminate paper Search document on server Save the Documents to Server Save the document to Compensation Event Organise cabinet on the storage room Keep folders organised on the compound Book and organise meeting room Collect post from reception Order lunch from the canteen- for the managers on executive meeting Solve team IT problem Responsible for keys and codes (Storage room and cabinets) Place request for Hire and Off Hire IT Equipment with the IT department Keep the QS updated about the Off hire equipment (Stop payment) Organise the board with advertisement for Health and Safety Keep the Organogram up to date (Pictures for the new starters) Organise and book conference room Assist all the Managers Hotel booking room for managers Keep the Fire scape list up to date Manager the landside pass and Airside pass Request and send back the IT equipment keep Team holiday updated on outlook Support and dealing with request from the main Office Site Administrator Candidate Requirements: Must have previous experience working on site / within construction as an administrator Have a 'can do' positive attitude Have strong attention to detail Be organised and willing to get stuck in Sound like your DREAM JOB?
