Overview

One of our clients, who are a Facilities Management company based in Stevenage (SG1), are looking to add an Accounts & HR Assistant to their team to cover maternity leave (Contract to 31st Jan 2021). If so, please read on as this could be the perfect opportunity for you: Key Responsibilities: Collating all invoices, checking against Purchase Orders, investigating any anomalies and inputting on Sage Chasing invoices and ensuring these are paid in a timely manner Setting up payments to contractors and suppliers Filing CIS returns Updating and maintaining internal databases, as well as implementing certain changes to improve company processes Providing administration support for HR Manager - managing annual leave requests, booking training courses, updating personnel files, sending staff correspondence etc Booking staff travel and accommodation Supporting the team on ad hoc projects The successful candidate will be eager to learn and develop their skills, be highly organised, self motivated and wish to take on more responsibilities as the role develops. The ideal candidate will have previous experience of Sage and AAT qualifications would be desirable.
