Accounts Payable Assistant Stevenage up to £25,000p/a An exciting opportunity has arisen to join friendly company based in Stevenage. They are looking to recruit an enthusiastic and hardworking individual who is able to take full control of purchase ledger within the finance team. As part of a busy team the successful candidate will also be required to assist in all areas of accounts. Matching, batching and coding Purchase Ledger invoices Supplier statement reconciliations Bank reconciliations Payment runs Processing staff expenses Daily Cash and Banking Multi-currency transactions Assisting the finance team with all other areas of administration Skills/experience needed: Proven experience of working within a Purchase Ledger team Computer literate in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook This is being considered as a Straight Permanent position or Temporary - Permanent " Due to a large number of responses we receive, despite our best efforts it is not possible to respond to every application.
