Customer Services - Immediate start Location : Chandlers Ford Salary : £10.25 per hour Start date : Immediate start required Duration : This is a temporary assignment whereby we require someone to commit to 3 months initially Hours of work : Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm Dynamite Recruitment is currently working in partnership with a very well established business who are based in the Chandlers Ford area Due to a busy period our client is looking to recruit a temporary Customer Service executive to support within one of the specialist teams As a Customer Service Executive you will be responsible for the following tasks To receive inbound calls and assist customers with their enquiries To respond to emails To make outbound calls to chase customers for missing Po's / Purchase orders (you are not selling ) To arrange on site visits Complete administration to support with each call , update the system etc. To be considered for this position you will be required to have Good administration skills Be competent in using Microsoft Office Be confident on the telephone and be happy to make outbound calls to customers (not selling) To have string communication skills Will be available immediately and happy to commit to 3 months To be considered please submit your CV Immediately Key words : administration , customer services , call centre
