They are currently looking for a proactive Customer Care Administrator to join them and support the distribution of testing kits that are helping to save lives. These kits will be used to test thousands of people, which in turn will enable those affected to receive treatment faster. As a Customer Care Administrator, you’ll provide a high-quality service to customers using our client’s range of testing kits. These kits are used to detect illnesses, including COVID-19, and are helping to combat contagious diseases across the globe. In this key role, you will: - Communicate with customers via telephone and email channels - Receive and process customer orders on the CRM system - Advise customers of dispatch details - Maintain and update the CRM in-line with company procedures - Obtain and record customer feedback - Suggest ways to enhance existing company processes What do I need? To be considered as a Customer Service Administrator, you will need: - At least two years’ experience in a customer service or customer-facing role - A forward-thinking attitude and great time-management abilities - Strong numerical and analytical skills - The ability to manage cross-functional relationships - Great written and verbal communication skills - A proactive approach to problem-solving Our client is eager to hear from individuals with experience as a Customer Service Executive, Customer Care Executive, Customer Service Rep, Customer Service Representative, or Customer Care Agent.
