Overview

Role: HR Business Partner Type: Permanent Location: London Salary: £38,000 - £45,000 (Dependent on Experience) We are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to join a multinational global retail organisation based in central London. You will also support the Manchester site when required. This is a generalist HR Business Partner position, responsible to supporting and advising on all HR related issues across two sites looking after circa 200 people. Responsibilities include: Dealing with various HR queries throughout the two business units Monitor, review and update all HR policies and ensuring these are in line with current legislation Informing employees of their rights and entitlements, keeping them up to date on any changes that are made Handling HR matters reliably and in accordance with legal requirements Supporting the Managers with various capability investigations, including disciplinaries and grievances. Assisting with and advising on recruitment campaigns Driving the business performance in relation to the organisation’s objectives Partnering with managers to support and advise on employee relations, performance management, recruitment and employee engagement Requirements of the HR Business Partner: 3/4 years Generalist hands on HR experience Excellent communicator at all levels Ability to manage their own time and diaries Take lead on Employee Relation cases Flexibility to travel as required to Manchester CIPD qualified or working towards would be preferable If you feel you possess the key skills and experience mentioned above and wish to explore further, please click 'Apply Now’.
