Service Desk Analyst
Overview
Your new company I am currently working with a global leader who are seeking a Service Desk Analyst to join their team on an initial 6 month contract, with a view of extending or potentially going permanent. This is a great opportunity for those wishing to build their IT Support experience.r. Your new role As a service desk analyst, you will be expected to provide 1st line resolution over the phone across the organisation. You will be responding to inbound calls and directly assisting those with any end-user issues for general faults. Other responsibilities include troubleshooting, logging incidents and escalating incidents on to other teams. What you'll need to succeed To succeed, you will ideally have 12 months experience in an IT related role, as well as IT based qualifications. You will also ideally have experience with Windows Operating Systems. My client are looking for an enthusiastic individual who is eager to work with those across the organisation, and be comfortable talking on the phone to different individuals. You must also be able to work well independently, as well as part of a team.
