Overview
We are looking to hire a number of experienced IT Recruitment Consultant’s to build a new desk as part of our expansion plans for our Canary Wharf office. The hires are being driven by demand from our existing client base. Suitable applicants must have 2-5 years or more IT recruitment experience and be passionate about recruitment. Proven track record of revenue generation, business development and maintaining client retention Ideally you will have worked on an IT contract desk but will look at applicants from perm IT desks Ability to work in a small team, good cultural fit, strong communication skills with a can do attitude You will have a strong Technology understanding / expertise in the IT markets Not afraid of getting on the phones and winning business. In return, we will be offering a good package with uncapped commission. We are also looking for leadership qualities for this team
