As one of our Partner Experience Specialists, you’ll be joining a new business function and become the most-important point of contact for our partners Any single day in the life of a Partner Experience Specialist is dynamic and challenging. You might find that you: Learn our system back-to-front in order to provide a world class support service. Respond to issues and queries that our partners are facing quickly and efficiently. Spend time identifying, organising, and prioritising multiple support requests at one time. Actively listen, troubleshoot and investigate both application and technical issues to help provide compliant workarounds or solutions to our partners. Spend time making sure all issues and queries are recorded, tracked, resolved, and followed up on in a timely manner. Conduct root-cause analysis for any technical issues. Escalate difficult cases to our senior support tech where needed. Go over and above what our clients expect to always deliver world class service to our customers. Document issues and resolution steps to help compile or update user documentation. Periodically and confidently feedback any issues or suggest on any improvements, including feedback from customers. To be a good fit for this role, you’ll: Have a wealth of experience across customer and technical support, customer success or service delivery. Have experience dealing with customers via phone and other service management tools. Have first-hand experience of on-boarding new customers. Have a forward thinking, continual service improvement mindset. Be naturally good with people, a confident effective communicator and comfortable dealing with pressure. Experience within loans &/or mortgages would be an added advantage.
