Job Description
CMA Recruitment Group is delighted to be working exclusively with our Bournemouth, Dorset client who is currently looking for a Finance Business Partner to join their team, during a time of change for the business. Reporting into the Head of Finance, you will be adding value to a close knit finance team. This newly created role's primary responsibility is to provide financial support to key decision makers within the organisation. Your responsibilities will include: * Maintain general ledger * Production of monthly management accounts * Production of reports or heads of departments * Preparation of budgets * Variance analysis * Forecasting and budget preparation for new projects Skillset required: * Ideally working towards your ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualifications * Experience of production of management accounts * Highly beneficial with property/development sector experience * Proficient systems user * Confident Excel skills * Confident communicator; working with non-finance members. * Experience of CIS What you will receive: * Parking * Simply health * Perk box * Study support * 25 days + Bank holidays Please note that although CMA are actively reviewing applications for this role, given the current situation the client recruitment process may take longer than usual.
