The Role: The firm is seeking to hire an Employment and Immigration Partner / Solicitor into their growing and long-established Bournemouth office. This firm has an employment team in other offices, but this is an exciting chance to form your own team in the Bournemouth office. Now there is an exciting opportunity for an experienced lawyer looking for their next challenge to help build a team in this new location. The existing teams in their other offices offer extensive expertise in employment and immigration work, acting for national and regional employers, including a number of household names. They also act for senior executives and other workers. You will deal with a broad caseload, the variety of which will make for an interesting role. Requirements: You will be an Employment Partner or an ambitious Senior Associate. You will have excellent communication skills and enjoy working in a team For those who aren't yet at Partner level, the role comes with excellent prospects for career progression to reach that point.
