The Organisation Our client is an expanding Top 20 accountancy practice with offices across the UK and internationally. They are now looking for a Receptionist to join their friendly team in Nottingham. This is a part-time role, working 8:30 – 17:00 or 9:00 – 17:30, three days a week (ideally Wednesday – Friday), which will commence in June 2020. The Role As a Receptionist, you will provide an excellent front of house service for the organisation. On a day-to-day basis, you will respond to incoming calls, answer the door buzzer, greet visitors and organise refreshments and ensure meeting rooms are equipped and ready for use. You will work from offices on the second floor of the building and will be expected to greet visitors when they enter on the ground floor, as well as directing them in from the car park. Your other duties will include: - Preparing various types of documents - Opening and distributing the post - Franking and binding outgoing mail and dealing with deliveries - Undertaking basic office management duties - Supporting the Office Services Assistant when required About You To be considered as a Receptionist, you will need: - Previous office experience (essential) - Experience working in a professional services firm (desirable, but not essential) - Excellent communication skills - A professional telephone manner We would like to hear from you if you have held the title of Office Administrator, Administrator, Secretary, EA, PA, Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or Administrative Assistant.
