Citrix Support Engineer/2nd Line - London - £45K MarkJames has been appointed to help a leader of security solutions, cloud solutions and managed service recruit a solid Citrix Support Engineer who will be responsible for any technical requests form their existig client base. This is a very customer-centric role where most of your duties will require you to liaise with multiple end clients. You must be able to work independently or as part of a team where customer service and attention to detail or critical. The main office is near Bank station, however, there will be occasional travel outside of central London so having a full driving license and a car would be beneficial. You must have at the very minimum 2 years experience in a similar field, ideally and MSP/Customer background.
