Job Description
The Role We are seeking a highly talented and qualified engineer to join our Corporate Support Engineering team as a Sr. Citrix Engineer. The team is responsible for monitoring/supporting our windows infrastructure, SaaS platforms, and desktop applications as well as resolving any direct technical issues across our firm. The candidate will serve as the primary resource for Citrix related engineering and support tasks. What you'll do The Sr. Citrix Engineer will design and implement a global Citrix Server farm with users being able to roam to different regions seamless. This person will help the team manage and maintain Group Policy to improve control and consistency in the environment without impacting end users. They will provide white glove support as needed to Schonfeld employees and Portfolio Managers. What you'll bring What you need: * Expertise with Citrix Xendesktop administration * Experience with Netscaler * Experience with the below technologies * Microsoft Office 365 administration * Windows 7, Windows 10 administration * Active Directory * Group Policy Management * Ability to work under pressure handling Level 3 support issues * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Strong ownership experience and a track record of delivering results * A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field We'd love if you had: * Experience with Powershell scripting * Exposure to the following technologies * Linux servers * AWS * Application virtualization (APP-V) * FSlogix profile management * Citrix Cloud. * Experience with VMware * Experience with trade floor support * Experience with Mobile Device Management Our culture The firm's ethos is embedded in our people.
