Group Finance Manager - Communication business Your new company At the moment I am recruiting a new Finance Manager for an international communication business located in Central London. The business is looking to hiring a newly qualified practise trained accountant to complement the existing team. The new Finance Manager will work closely with the Group Financial Controller with the aim to start taking over some of his responsibilities in a year. Your new role Responsible for preparing monthly consolidation journals Responsible for the review of subsidiary management accounts, preparation of Group company management accounts and delivery of consolidated monthly management accounts and board report; Responsible for the preparation of the financial statements Providing IFRS technical advice over various issues as they arise Support the FC in managing and delivering tasks as per the timetable Part of the team responsible for preparation of year end Annual Report and Financial Statements and Interim What you`ll need to succeed For this role we are looking for someone who is: ACCA or ACA Qualified Ideally someone who is coming straight from practise Knowledge of IFRS is an advantage Hands-on, motivated and ambitious What you will get in return The new Finance Manager will be a part of a small team with varied personalities and skill sets.
