Market Research Analyst - London Up to £37k- Fintech Company (Clientside) A market leading software company has an opportunity for a Market Research Analyst to join their team in the heart of London. A company who pride themselves on building close relationships and adapting to clients needs it is no surprise they are way ahead of the competition The company realised the value of focusing on customer, competitor and market research and set up a Research Team in 2018 to be the 'centre of knowledge’ for future product development, prospect management and marketing activity. As Market Research Analyst you will report into the Senior Researcher in preparing briefs for research projects and commissioning external agencies, use primary and secondary research methods to analyse customer segments and compile key information on competitors, deliver regular updates on market activity and support client and prospect relationship management, event planning and other market intelligence gathering processes.
