Covering all sectors of commerce and industry nationally within the Finance Practice, from SMEs to FTSE 250 global organisations, they can supply candidates with experience in the following areas: • CFO / Financial Director / Controller • Financial / Project / Management Accountant • Syndicate / Fund Accountant / IBA Manager • Business / Financial Planning Analyst • Financial Reporting Accountant / Manager Commerce and industry sectors they cover include: Insurance, Financial Services, Legal, IT, Telecoms, Construction and Property, FMCG, Retail, Energy, Manufacturing and Media Role Description: They work with 93% of Fortune 100 companies and as a Trainee Recruiter you will be responsible for sourcing candidates to meet the needs of these clients through actively acquiring and headhunting candidates, creating a database of high calibre professionals. Responsibilities will include: Generating business leads Managing the candidate interview process What they look for: To succeed in recruitment you must have a desire to take ownership of your own career and earnings. Competencies include: Strong Work Ethic Drive & Determination Creativity A degree is desirable but not a requirement Previous experience in a sales environment (B2B, B2C) is an advantage but not essential Training: The Company take training very seriously. Their dedicated internal Learning and Development team work closely with you and your line manager to ensure training is thorough. Training is done both on the desk and in the classroom encompassing all aspects of the recruitment cycle and continues throughout your career. Benefits: Industry leading basic salaries: £22,000- £22,500 plus uncapped commission. Monthly, quarterly and yearly incentives including lunches, trips and various incentive schemes.
