We are looking for an Assistant Digital Product Manager An exciting new role for an Assistant Product Manager who will work closely with New Products & Solutions Product Managers, as well as Development Teams and providers. You will help manage digital projects that embed new educational solutions and pedagogical capabilities. You will help project and programme manage digital projects in all stages of their product lifecycle from idea to build and implementation. You will Take an active part in project and delivery management of digital projects Help develop new digital products and solutions that meet business objectives Support the management of digital product backlog of features and bug fixes Facilitate meetings (virtual and in-person) with multiple stakeholders to track the execution of tasks against the plans Help capture, analyse and prioritise customers’ needs and translate them into digital product features and capabilities Take part in monitoring the operational performance, impact on learning, and commercial performance of the products Qualifications What qualifications and skills you need Relevant qualifications (preferable Technical, Engineering, Business or Management) Relevant working experience Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English (C1 level required) High computer literacy and a solid understanding of software development A genuine interest in digital innovations that impact education Very good organization skills to manage multiple initiatives and stakeholders An open-minded approach and can-do attitude Excellent problem-solving skills Comfortable with working in an international and cross-functional team.
