Overview
As the HR Manager, your role will be to deliver a professional and high value-added service to management and employees within the London office. This global technology business operate across various countries, helping with the transformation in early education. As the HR Manager, your role will be to help maintain and role out the global business objective in the new London office. Responsibilities of the HR Manager: You will solely provide HR support and manage the full HR life cycle You will work closely with management to build relationships, and increase productivity and retention Provide HR advice in relation to day-to-day management of employees Endure correct admin and maintenance of HR records/documents Ensure all monthly payroll changes are submitted accurately on time, including collating data for payroll, including holidays, sickness and overtime Manage and resolve employee relation cases The Successful HR Manager will: At least 5years plus HR experience Previous experience in working in a start-up business Experience of working for a global business Solid knowledge of UK employment legislation and its application If this HR Manager position meets the expectations of your next career move, please apply now.
