Overview
Our Client are currently offering a fantastic opportunity for a Service Administrator to join their team based at their Edgware dealership. This role would suit someone who has an interest in the automotive industry and who would like to develop their Administration skills. You will have the drive and determination to succeed in a demanding environment. To qualify for this position, you must have a proven track record in the delivery of great customer service and experience within an administration environment. This role is ideal for someone who is looking to take their first steps within the Automotive industry, or an industry experienced Service Administrator wanting to grow within one of the UK’s most prestige’s brands. What We Need Understand the customer journey experience and be committed to delivering an unrivalled level of customer service Talk and listen to inbound customer calls to understand their query or complaint and accurately qualify their requirements Agree vehicle collection/delivery or loan car arrangements Help the Service team with any ad hoc requirements Keep up to date with all Service department paperwork ie, invoicing, warranty and service work etc Write job card, detailing any special requirements Provide accurate estimates for servicing and repairs, ensuring that the customer is fully aware of the likely costs and timescales involved and setting expectations accordingly Demonstrate the most suitable options to the customer, encouraging them to experience the product Work with colleagues across the dealership (parts and sales in particular) to provide the best service Pre call customers for their appointments Up sell extended warranties and service plans Call customers after their visit to see if we could improve Your Skills Have a strong background in customer service & administration Deliver excellent customer service Be able to work in a cross functional team Follow key processes to achieve upsell targets Have passion to deliver excellent customer service Work well under pressure Friendly and polite attitude to any situation Experience within the Automotive industry (not essential) About the company Excellent basic salary and bonus scheme Fun, friendly working environment Bonus based on sales, customer service and add-ons Ability to progress through internal promotion Excellent benefits package, including pension, healthcare, and car leasing schemes Flexible progression based on your career aspirations Manufacturer based training About Our Client Our client is a leading car automotive dealership in the UK specialising in Japanese brands, they currently employ over 500 people across 11 retail dealerships and are looking to expand even further.
