Overview

£8.50 p/h Job Security Immediate Start We are currently recruiting for professional customer service advisors to work in a well established call centre in Colindale. This role will involve dealing with customer queries and complaints so empathy and rapport building skills are essential. You will be responsible for taking inbound calls from customers of several different clients resolving any issues and concerns they may have. Previous experience in an inbound customer service call centre is essential This role is not a sales role and therefore candidates with only sales experience will not be considered. This is a temp to perm long term role so if you need job security then this job is the right role for you Hours Shifts booked on a rota basis between 7am- 10pm from Monday to Sunday so flexibility is required Pay £8.50 p/h plus bonus for excellent performance - Pay will be reviewed regularly and increased depending on performance If you would like to apply please call 0207 - 395 - 1380 and reply with your CV.
