Overview
My client, a leading utilities management firm based in Manchester, are looking for an IT Business Analyst. They've grown massively, from just 5 in IT to 25 in just a couple of years, and no plans for slowing down. You'll have experience working as a Business Analyst on the development of software solutions and IT systems. This is fantastic opportunity to join a tech-led organisation, working closely with an in-house development team who have access to all of the latest development stacks. Key Responsibilities: Acting as primary BA for the Software Development function. Working on workforce management planning tools and systems development. Documenting and analysing 'as-is' and 'to-be' processes. Assisting with the business case Eliciting requirements via workshops, interviews, and other auxiliary means. Requirements organisation Translating and simplifying requirements Requirements management and communication Requirements analysis Key Requirements: Must have worked in Software Development environments (essential) Min. 4 years' experience working as a Business Analyst (essential) Experience working on SaaS products (desirable) Experience working on mobile apps development (desirable) Previous experience working in Utilities (desirable) If you're an IT Business Analyst looking for a new role with a leading utilities management firm based in Manchester.
